Brandhopper Digital led a comprehensive growth engagement focused on strengthening conversion infrastructure, lifecycle marketing, and scalable customer acquisition.

We began with a full Shopify website redesign to improve product presentation, messaging clarity, and mobile usability. Page structure, visual hierarchy, and product storytelling were refined to better communicate value and guide visitors toward confident purchasing decisions. The redesigned experience created a stronger foundation for both paid traffic and organic discovery.

Next, we implemented a structured lifecycle marketing system inside Klaviyo. Core automation flows — including welcome, abandoned cart, and post-purchase sequences — were developed to recover lost revenue, increase purchase frequency, and build a stronger retention engine as the brand’s audience grew.

With conversion and retention infrastructure in place, we launched an integrated paid acquisition strategy across Google and Pinterest.

On Google, campaign architecture was designed to capture high-intent search demand. Search and Shopping campaigns were organized around top-performing products and collections, with disciplined keyword refinement, audience layering, bid strategy optimization, and continuous search term expansion to improve efficiency and return on ad spend.

At the same time, Pinterest Ads were launched to expand upper-funnel visibility and introduce the brand to visually driven discovery audiences. Creative testing, audience segmentation, and structured retargeting supported both awareness and conversion while reinforcing demand captured through search.
