The wireless motion sensor sends real-time alerts directly to a user’s phone, instantly notifying them if someone attempts to access a protected space.

Simple to install and easy to use, Kini provides an additional layer of awareness and control for households looking to safeguard sensitive items without complicated security systems.

As demand for the product grew and awareness expanded, the opportunity to scale direct-to-consumer sales became clear. To unlock that growth potential, Kini SafeAlert needed a stronger digital infrastructure capable of supporting customer acquisition, conversion, and long-term brand expansion.

Challenge

Kini SafeAlert had what most brands hope for — a strong product, clear mission, and real-world demand. What they didn’t have was a growth system.

The Shopify site lacked a defined conversion pathway and didn’t effectively move visitors toward purchase. Paid media was active, but without a disciplined testing framework or creative velocity engine to drive compounding performance. We rebuilt the entire system. First, we redesigned the Shopify experience around a clear conversion pathway. Messaging was tightened. The value proposition was clarified. Pages were rebuilt to guide visitors from awareness to action. 

But a stronger foundation alone doesn’t convert. So we invested in content.

  • We led videography and photography shoots to elevate on-site creative and build trust.
  • We onboarded influencers and content creators — not just as affiliates, but as strategic content partners.
  • Influencer became both a sales driver and a creative engine, producing assets that improved site performance and fueled higher-converting ad creative.

Next, we built a real lifecycle engine inside Klaviyo. Core flows were implemented. Campaigns were planned with purpose. Instead of sending emails, the brand began operating a retention system designed to increase both first-time conversions and lifetime value.

Paid media was completely rebuilt. Performance was evaluated through blended efficiency, not isolated metrics. Instead of reacting to daily fluctuations, we built a model designed to scale responsibly.

At the same time, we aligned offers, bundles, and channel priorities so everything worked together — not in silos. No random tactics or disconnected optimizations. Just one integrated growth system designed to compound.

Direct-to-consumer net sales increased 629%. Conversion rate improved 281% percent as clearer messaging, stronger creative, and a more intentional on-site experience began doing their job. Total orders grew 554%. Average order value increased 22% percent through improved bundling, upsells, and offer structure.

Creative performance improved across channels as well. Influencer-driven content and original brand shoots didn’t just elevate the site — they supplied higher-performing advertising assets that reduced friction and improved efficiency.
