As demand for the product grew and awareness expanded, the opportunity to scale direct-to-consumer sales became clear. To unlock that growth potential, Kini SafeAlert needed a stronger digital infrastructure capable of supporting customer acquisition, conversion, and long-term brand expansion.
Challenge
Kini SafeAlert had what most brands hope for — a strong product, clear mission, and real-world demand. What they didn’t have was a growth system.
The Shopify site lacked a defined conversion pathway and didn’t effectively move visitors toward purchase. We rebuilt the entire system. First, we redesigned the Shopify experience around a clear conversion pathway. Messaging was tightened. The value proposition was clarified. Pages were rebuilt to guide visitors from awareness to action.
