reStickity had a differentiated product — restickable, damage-free photo prints designed for real life — but growth was constrained by friction in messaging, acquisition efficiency, and lifecycle infrastructure.

The product required education. Customers needed to understand how it worked, why it was different, and how it solved real problems around wall damage and repositioning. The product page lacked the clarity and visual hierarchy needed to build trust and drive confident purchasing decisions.

Paid media performance required restructuring to improve efficiency, particularly across Meta. Acquisition costs were high, and return on ad spend needed improvement. Email marketing existed, but subscriber growth and automation infrastructure were not fully optimized to support repeat purchases and long-term scalability.

We began by strategically optimizing the product page to improve clarity and strengthen value positioning. Messaging was refined to better educate customers on restickability and damage-free application. Visual hierarchy was improved, product education was made more prominent, and calls-to-action were clarified to reduce hesitation and increase purchase confidence.

Inside Klaviyo, we built and implemented a structured lifecycle marketing system. Core flows — including welcome, abandoned cart, and post-purchase sequences — were launched to support both first-time conversions and repeat purchase behavior. Campaign infrastructure was established to reinforce product education and promote bundles strategically.

Paid advertising across Meta and Google was rebuilt around disciplined testing and structured optimization. Creative assets were developed to clearly demonstrate real-world use cases, reducing friction and improving trust. Campaign strategy emphasized bundle positioning, offer testing, and retargeting frameworks designed to move customers from first purchase toward higher average order value behavior.

Online direct-to-consumer net sales increased by 189%. Conversion rate improved by 282% as clearer messaging and stronger product education reduced friction. Email subscriber growth accelerated significantly as on-site capture infrastructure was redesigned. Opt-in rates increased from 2.9% to over 30%, adding more than 31,000 new subscribers to the brand’s marketing ecosystem.

Paid media efficiency improved substantially across channels - acquisition costs were cut in half while return on ad spend more than doubled.

Beyond direct response results, increased brand visibility created additional opportunities.
